Streamlined Job Management and Enhanced Team Visibility

Palace Construction, a team of seven working across five sites, needed a better solution for managing timesheets. Frustrated with spreadsheets that were not being used and unsatisfied with platforms like Fergus or Hnry due to unnecessary features and lack of specific functionality, they required a tailored solution.

We developed a custom internal app that allows bosses to allocate team members to jobs, add important files, and share essential information such as schedules and subcontractor details. The app provides full visibility to all team members, reducing the need for constant communication. It also sends personalised push notifications for incomplete timesheets and gives bosses real-time insights into job costs based on hours and materials used.
